CustomTee.ie provides custom printed T-shirts and personalised clothing.
Our products are made to order using the artwork, images, text and designs supplied or created by our customers.

2. Custom Orders
All CustomTee.ie products are made to order.
Customers may upload images, photographs, logos, artwork, text or other designs to create a personalised product.
As each item is produced specifically for the customer, it is important that you carefully check your design, spelling, sizing, colour and other product selections before completing your order.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information and design submitted are correct.
3. Your Artwork and Content
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions or licences to use any artwork, photographs, logos, text or other content submitted to us.
By uploading or submitting content to CustomTee.ie, you confirm that:
You own the content or have permission to use it.
Your use of the content does not infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
The content is not unlawful, offensive or otherwise inappropriate.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or remove any order containing content that we reasonably believe may be unlawful, infringe intellectual property rights or be inappropriate.
We are not responsible for any legal claims arising from artwork or content supplied by a customer.
4. Artwork and Print Quality
The quality of the finished print depends partly on the quality and resolution of the artwork supplied.
We will make reasonable efforts to reproduce your design as accurately as possible. However, colours displayed on screens may differ slightly from colours on the finished printed product.
Small variations in colour, placement or print appearance may occur as part of the printing process.
Customers should ensure that uploaded artwork is suitable for printing before placing an order.
5. Order Acceptance
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation.
This confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where:
Payment cannot be authorised.
Product information or pricing contains an obvious error.
The submitted artwork cannot be printed.
The submitted content is unlawful or infringes intellectual property rights.
The product is unavailable.
We reasonably believe that the order is fraudulent or unauthorised.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will arrange a refund where appropriate.
6. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on CustomTee.ie are shown in Euro (€).
Any applicable taxes and delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be successfully received before we begin processing your order.
7. Production and Delivery
All custom products are made to order.
Production and delivery times may vary depending on:
Order volume
Product availability
The complexity of your design
Delivery location
Seasonal demand
Any delivery times provided on our website are estimates unless otherwise clearly stated.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal or courier delays.
8. Changes and Cancellations
Because products are made specifically to your order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancel an order.
We may be able to make changes or cancel an order before production begins. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
9. Returns and Refunds
Personalised and Made-to-Order Products
CustomTee.ie products are created specifically to customer requirements.
Under applicable Irish and EU consumer law, the standard 14-day right to cancel may not apply to goods that are clearly personalised or made to the consumer's specifications. This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.
For this reason, we generally cannot accept returns simply because:
You have changed your mind.
You selected the wrong size.
You selected the wrong colour.
You made a spelling mistake.
You submitted incorrect artwork.
You no longer want the personalised product.
Please carefully check all details before completing your order.
10. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include:
Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photographs showing the problem.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, refund or other remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
Your legal rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods are not affected by these Terms & Policies. EU consumer rules provide protections for goods that are faulty or not as described.
11. Sizing
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product size.
Please check our Size Guide before placing your order.
As personalised products are made specifically for each customer, we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges where an incorrect size has been selected by the customer.
12. Product Images and Colours
We make every reasonable effort to display products and colours accurately.
However, colours may appear differently depending on your device, monitor or screen settings.
Product images are for illustrative purposes and the finished custom product may vary slightly depending on the design, garment size, colour and printing process.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on CustomTee.ie, including our branding, website design, text, graphics and original images, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy or use our website content without our permission.
Customer-submitted designs remain the responsibility of the customer, subject to the permissions granted to us to produce and fulfil the order.
14. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Policies is intended to limit or exclude any rights or obligations that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, CustomTee.ie shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
15. Privacy
We take the protection of personal information seriously.
Information provided when placing an order may be used to:
Process and fulfil your order.
Communicate with you about your purchase.
Provide customer support.
Improve our products and services.
